Min Max Developments was established in 2019 under the leadership of Alexander Mokin. Although a new company by name, Alex, the founder of MMDI comes with over 10 years of experience in the Engineering, Land Development and Construction field. Alex is currently continuing to expand his team of qualified staff organized to exceed expectations, overcome complex challenges, and deliver outcomes that will realize your vision and will meet your business objectives.

Design Build

MMDI specializes in Pharmaceutical Design Build projects. Multiple projects have been completed by MMDI since 2019 in the cannabis industry in the GTA and Niagara Falls region. We work with an experienced team of consultants in order to guarantee a quick design to construction timeline. Utilizing a value engineering approach on our past projects has resulted in project budget reduction by as much as 30% from preliminary design to construction.

We always aim to assist our Clients with any construction related needs on their currents projects or future ideas. In the past, MMDI has managed all stages of development from Official Plan Amendments to Building Permit to Substantial Completion for our Clients.
