Who We Are

Alexander Mokin comes from a background in Civil Engineering, receiving his engineering degree from the University of Toronto and his P.Eng. in Civil Engineering. After working in an engineering firm, Alex moved to a Project Management position at the Stronach Group, where he developed his project management experience through the various development projects within the Stronach Group portfolio. His roles extended to managing and advising on the real estate portfolio including the entire Canadian portfolio, the Gulfstream Park and Santa Anita Park amongst other US holdings. Some Canadian projects include leading the downtown satellite office development and construction, as well as overseeing the development of the corporate head office.

After working as a Project Manager and Construction Manager, Alex founded MMDI to provide a personalized and high level of service to his Clients in the GTA. Alex continues to be a Project Management consultant at the Stronach Group whilst developing new clients within the construction industry including the newest in Niagara Falls. Alex hopes to bring his focus back to the GTA development market and continue to grow his project portfolio concentrating on the industrial and the office development sectors.
