This project commenced in late 2019 and completed in May of 2020. This project was completed for Purileaf, a cannabis processing company in Niagara Falls, ON. Although the project was tendered by the Client, MMDI was hired to manage the sub-trades and deliver the project on time while minimizing extras.

The project had a strict budget and included demolition of multiple rooms, installation of structural elements, installation of additional mechanical units and systems. In addition, an explosion proof room was designed and constructed in order to facilitate the Client’s production needs.
